Ark

The painting of this ark was commissioned for the mini-minyon, a Shabbat program for the young children of North Suburban Synagogue Beth-El in Highland Park, Illinois. It's purpose was to both beautify the teachings of Torah - here presented as a tree of life and to function as a tool for teaching young children about some of the biblical characters and events central to the story of the Jewish people.
