Hand Painted Ark
This is a hand painted aron kodesh or ark which was created for the mini-minyon at North Suburban Congregation Beth El in Highland Park, Illinois. The painting was done in oils on a bare wood surface and features major Biblical characters and stories which are familiar to the children and can be used when explaining the weekly Torah portion.
